This is known in the Senate as being collegial. Note the lack of any reference to hanging around with each other while off duty. That would be a surprise.
Of more interest, Keith, is where you got this odd misperception of environmentalists. Did one bite your mother? Did David Broder transmit the secret Conventional Wisdom Handshake to you? It’s very strange, especially for someone as young as you.
